We will be upgrading both FogBugz and Kiln On Demand this coming Thursday. Both upgrades will occur near-simultaneously, but are non-conflicting.

FogBugz On Demand will be upgrading to version 8.9.145. We will begin upgrading random selections of accounts starting at 1200 UTC on July 31. All account groups will be upgraded by 2000 UTC, July 31. After an account has been upgraded, it will have a short interruption at its local midnight as the database upgrade is completed. For example, if your account is set to the US Pacific timezone, the service interruption will occur at 0700 UTC, August 1 (the next midnight after we start upgrading). The service interruption may be as long as five minutes, depending on the size of the account. The last possible time for a service interruption will be 2000 UTC, August 1.

Kiln On Demand will begin a rolling upgrading to version 3.0.127 at 1600 UTC, July 31. Accounts will naturally upgrade at their local midnight. During the upgrade, some large accounts may experience a short interruption lasting less than one minute. All upgrades will be completed by 1700 UTC, August 1.
