Just a note that there is a new and updated terms and conditions on the ARH website (unsure when this went live, less than a month ago though I believe). I spoke to a lawyer dealing with consumer law earlier tonight and confirmed that orders do not retroactively fall under this new terms and conditions but instead fall under the terms and conditions when ordered.

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Privacy Statement:
ARH Studios Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers is in place.
Confidentiality:
ARH Studios Inc. will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by ARH Studios Inc. will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products on solicited newsletters with company products ads and news.
Exclusions and Limitations:
ARH Studios Inc. excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website and its products sold on and through this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, personal injuries, loss of business or profits, consequential and incidental damages, damages for misuse or intended and non-intended use of our products other than private home display. ARH Studios Inc. is not liable for damages caused by any products sold, and after the sale, to a person’s property or self. Display at your own risk.
ARH Studios Inc. does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
Payment:
Cash, Personal Check, all major Credit/Debit Cards, and money orders are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of ARH Studios Inc. until paid for in full. All shipping charges and in case of international shipments, customs duties and fees are sole responsibility of the buyer. ARH Studios Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders due to late payment or non-payment within specified time frame in case of pre-orders.
Returned checks will incur a US $25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second returned check, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Cancellation Policy:
ARH Studios Inc. will agree to cancel any deposit payments towards a pre-order purchase with a maximum of 48 hours after order is placed. After this period all deposits made towards any pre-order purchase are considerate non-refundable.
ARH Studios Inc. reserves the right to transfer or not any deposit made towards the purchase of a product to a different product than originally purchased by buyer.
In case of a payment plan cancelation, ARH Studios will not refund any amounts previously paid towards a product or pre-order. ARH Studios will however issue a credit store in the total of the amount paid to the date of cancelation of the payment plan. All credit stores can be used towards the same product or any different product.
Shipping charges cannot and will not be covered by credit store deposits and must be paid separate for any product purchased with credit store.
All cancelation notifications must be made through our customer service email. We reserve the right to levy a US $25 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses with any solicited cancelation of any deposits made.
Shipping Policy:
All products sold through this website will be shipped by FedEx or USPS if shipped within the USA territory. For international orders, all products are shipped through USPS Priority Mail Service.
ARH Studios reserves the right to adjust shipping charges even after product is fully paid in case of a considerable disparity between prices charged through the website checkout and actual final cost of shipping.
All buyers will be notified in case there are any additional charges in shipping and are expected to pay any additional charges before the product can be shipped out. Our website provides a very accurate shipping estimate, and chances of surcharge on shipping are practically non-existent, however it is necessary that buyers understand their full obligation in covering all shipping charges before product can be sent out.
Pre-Order sales:
All pre-order sales have a waiting time frame that can vary from six months to a full year before product is shipped. All pre-order products are offered even before product has started production at the factory, and many factors might contribute for the delay in production and consequently in delivering the product within the expected time frame. All shipping dates posted on this website are estimated dates, and ARH Studios makes no guarantees that all dates will be 100% met. ARH Studios guarantees however that buyer will receive the product purchased in perfect condition as soon as product has finished production at our factory.
A pre-order sales purchase is still a binding sales contract between ARH Studios and the buyer. Asking for a cancelation of a pre-order based on a delay on the shipping date of the product does not constitute an automatic cancelation of the buyers order’s nor guarantees that payments will be refunded.
ARH Studios will however refund 100% of all buyer’s payments in case ARH Studios is not able to deliver the product at all after a period of 18 months passed its original pre-order solicitation time.
Refunds Policy:
In case buyer is not 100% satisfied with products purchased through this website, buyer can return purchased item back within 30 days in its original new condition, and ARH Studios Inc. will promptly refund the cost of the product. Shipping charges and AP made to order items are not refundable.
If product arrives damaged to buyer for any reason, ARH Studios Inc. will repair the damaged part or replace entire product for free, whichever is best expedient for ARH Studios Inc. In case buyer decides to return damaged product for a refund, ARH Studios Inc. will refund buyer’s payment subtracted of all shipping costs.
In case buyer decides to return a non-defective product for a refund, buyer must insure the product for its full value, or in case product arrives back damaged, ARH Studios will subtract all necessary costs to fix or replace damaged parts of the product before any refunds can be made.
ARH Studios Inc. will not be obligated to repair or replace any parts or the product as a whole after 30 days of purchase. Not opening the box to inspect the quality of the product before 30 days of it arrival does not establish an excuse to extend the 30 day warranty period on the product.
ARH Studios will however, offer to fix any damages on any products for free even after the 30 days warranty period has expired. All shipping costs must be covered by buyers for this offer to be valid.
ARH Studios Inc. products bought through other retail outlets that are not directly through this website must first attempt to contact the respective retailers for replacements and or refunds. ARH Studios Inc. is not obligated to replace or repair these products at any time and will do so only at its own discretion and in accordance to its internal replacement policies.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of product shipping date, and buyer assumes all expenses with shipping back of all returned items.
Availability:
ARH Studios Inc. reserves the right to restrict quantities or deny sales altogether of any products available and displayed through this website. In case of orders mistakenly placed for sold out products, out of stock special editions or variant items no longer in production, ARH Studios reserves the right to cancel and refund buyer’s full payment for any orders placed without the necessity of buyer’s consent or approval.
ARH Studios Inc. also reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for products listed in error, wrongly priced and/or out of stock.
