Technical Sourcer (Contractor)

We are looking for an exceptional technical sourcer, someone with a solid track record of finding a high volume of exceptional talent. You need to be an achievement-oriented sourcer: with a can do attitude, a sense of urgency and a love for finding extraordinary leads and turning them into hires.

 

This role will focus on proactive sourcing (e.g. social networking, internet research, cold calling, regular networking at events & conferences). This is a 100%-time on-site role in our San Francisco office.

 

The company is a fast-growing and successful web services company, presently +350 employees, a run rate of a handful of tens of millions in revenue, and >70K paying, business customers. They have a great rep for the quality of worklife (as in Best Places to Work), and significant revenues, along with A-team VC support. This role is expected to be six months, and could go well beyond.

 

What you need to have:

 

3+ years of sourcing experience with focus on engineering at a rapidly growing organization

Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and internet based sourcing

Strategically utilize job boards,  intricate Boolean searches, networks, forums, blogs to source passive candidates

Be passionate about social media and savvy internet research with active profiles on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Evidence of recruiting passive top tech talent

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking, and public speaking
