As an Alliance Manager – Systems Integrator, you will identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of global and regional SI and Consulting partnerships, enable and build relationships with Partner Sales and field technical teams, and facilitate account level relationships with New Relic Sales teams. This will be a key role in the definition and delivery of alliances with this set of highly valued partners. Success of the candidate will depend greatly on their thought leadership, industry knowledge and experience in working on complex programs and relationships.

Responsibilities:

 

Be responsible for creating the System Integrator partnership strategy designed to create selling and revenue opportunities for the New Relic sales teams, tying that strategy in with Company goal and initiatives.

Be responsible for identifying, signing, and managing the long term relationships with a portfolio of key Integrator Partnerships

Position New Relic as a trusted advisor to our system integrator partners

Develop opportunities and relationships from SI Partner key executives to field teams. Develop a deep understanding of the partners products, services, strategies, customer value, and go-to-market approaches

Engage with product and engineering teams on partner-specific technical requirements and co-development initiatives to enable the partner solution

 

Requirements:

 

7+ years of proven Alliance management in Enterprise Software business

Experience in working with Managed Service Providers and/or Global System Integrators

Demonstrable success in the development of effective Go To Market agreements with a mutual win-win value proposition

Knowledge of Cloud Computing and key elements of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service(PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) models

Extensive experience in managing cross function teams (including sales, technical, marketing, product, and executive management) to deliver a holistic, deep partnership strategy

Team player with strong drive and willing to take a leadership role in driving initiatives, and structuring approaches to new opportunities

Excellent written/verbal executive communications at CXO level

Experience in the Application Performance Management industry is a plus

Technical undergraduate degree or MBA a plus
