MagLoft is a Digital Publishing SaaS Startup located in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. We're closing the gap between Print Magazines and Digital. Our publishing portal, HTML5 drag and drop editor, native iOS and Android Apps and publishing automation backend fulfil all the needs our customers have taking their print magazines to a interactive and responsive mobile and web experience.
We are looking for a passionate developer to help us solve technological challenges in the digital magazine industry. Responsibilities:
Development of our official WordPress plugin
Integrate our modern publishing portal into WordPress using latest browser technologies (angularjs, polymer and more) and a Restful API
Deploy to our infrastructure hosted on google cloud using latest backend technologies (Google Cloud Compute, Google Cloud Storage, Amazon AWS and more)

Minimum 3 years of PHP development
Minimum 2 years of Web Development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
Knowledge of PHP concepts of design patterns and OO techniques
Understanding of and experience with frontend development and Content Management Systems
Familiarity with version control systems (GIT, SVN, etc...)
Previous work in teams and familiarity with scrum and other agile development tools
Good communication skills in English
Familiarity with CMS and Blog engines (Any of Wordpress, Drupal, Symfony2, eZ Publish, Joomla, etc...)
Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
Experience with Linux environments and BASH / CLI
Nice-to-have skills
Product Life Cycle experience with previous roles in Project Leadership, Analysis, Architecture, and Technical Lead
Experience with CDN and caching strategies
Experience with scalable web infrastructures, continuous integration and minimal-downtime application stacks
Front End skills such as CSS, jQuery, SASS, LESS, Foundation, Bootstrap, Responsive Design
Knowledge of frontend frameworks and skills (LESS, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, Polymer, Responsive Design)
Test Driven Development
Experience with collaboration in and maintainance of Open Source projects
