1. Digital Marketing

- Understand and utilise knowledge of tracking, attribution, bid management systems, email systems, demand side platforms, etc. to build and execute highly targeted marketing strategies

- Responsible for the overall integrated marketing strategy, drive user acquisition, activation, retention and conversion initiatives as well as develop merchandising campaigns to generate demand

- Drive local mobile strategy and develop actionable plans to generate mobile downloads as well as mobile sales transaction

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Implement and leverage analytics tools such as internal dashboards, paid media reporting, buzz monitoring and consumer studies to draw out intelligence via strong data analysis.

- Drive actionable insights for local marketing teams and business stakeholders via powerful measurement of marketing activities.

- Deliver post mortem analysis and recommendations to ensure that we are investing effectively in the right channels and maximizing ROI and efficiency.

3. Campaign Management

- Build and deliver a pipeline of year round multi-function / multi-channel marketing campaigns for Groupon Malaysia

- Execute highly innovative marketing tactics to maximize deal discovery and generate demand via merchandising and promotion campaigns

- Identify and secure strategic local partnership which add values to the overall business and fulfill marketing objectives

- Manage the local marketing budget whilst working with the regional team to plan and execute performance-based marketing expenditures

- Help review and maintain the marketing channels mix across own, earned, paid channels - SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliates, Email, Social Media, CRM, RAF, Direct, Offline and others to optimize efficiency

A) EXPERIENCE

1. 3-5 years of integrated marketing experience from ecommerce and/or digital industry

2. Developed strong Integrated Marketing plans and campaigns with an emphasis on driving customer activation, mobile sale transactions and website traffic

3. Mastered major areas of marketing including mobile, online and offline with direct hands on experience on media buying, merchandising, sales promotion, partner marketing, mobile acquisition, search, CRM, display, affiliate, social media and brand marketing

4. Lead a marketing function and managing budget in a high growth/ fast moving business in Malaysia

5. Managed a diverse set of stakeholders

6. Built, managed and evolved a highly skilled marketing team

B) SKILL

1. Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to develop high end strategies

2. Great technical and digital knowledge to fully understand tracking, attribution, bid management systems, email systems, demand side platforms etc

3. Strong campaign management skills with the ability to build multi-function / multi-channel campaigns

4. SQL knowledge to help drive data driven decision-making would be an advantage

5. Good understanding of Malaysian local studios and centres, ecommerce business around classes and facilities, and / or competitor experience useful

6. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills – ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, and with senior level executives

7. Strong Microsoft Office and Mac skills and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel required

8. Highly organized, deadline orientated and self-motivated
