Audio/video communication and peer-to-peer data

Director to join our team.
Success Role Outcomes
In
this role, this person will be responsible for the visual design and
style-guide of both product interface and related marketing materials for our
real-time communications platform. An ideal candidate will be responsible
for maintaining comprehensive design strategy to provide a unified experience
across our suite of products.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a
style-guide defining branding and interface element usage guidelines;
Design and develop marketing
materials in support of product strategy and sales efforts including
conference signage and presentation graphics;
Collaborate with the
engineering team to design and develop cohesive user interface across our
customer access portals including help desk, developer console, and
reporting interfaces;
Collaborate with the
engineering team to design flexible application interface for our
white-label applications for web and mobile;
Collaborate with the solutions
team to design our reference applications;
Work under direction of the
product team to develop support graphics for product development efforts
Candidate Requirements
BA or BS in Interactive Design
or art design based discipline
Min. 3 to 5 years in a
professional digital design role
At least 1 year experience
working on Web/Mobile and App type projects as a designer or design lead
Demonstrate mastery of the
latest Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and
Acrobat), and optimization techniques for web and mobile graphics
Expertise level of design skill
and ability and ability to represent visualised data in engaging and
easily understandable way
Excellent typographic ability
Conceptual understanding of web
and mobile device capabilities
Experience with motion
graphics, digital compositing or/and mobile interface design for both
Android and iOS
Editorial illustration ability
highly desired
Knowledge of print design and
digital short run printing, and basic web animation skills (HTML5, CSS)
Awareness of cultural
significance of design elements and of target audience
Experience working with a
company offering cloud based solutions
Ability to work collaboratively
with other visual and user experience designers, sales teams, project
management, platform engineers, and technical leads
Excellent communication skills
to convey creative design concepts internally and externally
A
portfolio that demonstrates strong concepts, attention to detail, and a
thorough command of interface design or interaction design methods must
accompany resume to be considered
