Responsible for forecasting and achieving agreed service levels for Fulfillment, Customer services, Returns and Retail Plan and manage carrier and operational strategy for all countries
Macro order management, maintaining operation view of all order progress, status and identify any issues/opportunities working cross functionality to resolve & maintain service levels
Manage relationships as 1st contact with Supply chain, Retail, Customer services & manage relevant stakeholders in other departments
Manage full roster of suppliers, including: payment partners, sourcing partners, logistic partners
Maintain operational analytics, including fraud, payments, delivery, claims and overall satisfaction to optimize channel performance and reporting
Optimize and ensure documentation of e-commerce processes - especially regarding back-end processes like product planning, inventory management, order management, logistics, fraud review
Instill a high performance culture in the team with a focus on teamwork, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
Be capable of identifying and implementing change within the team to ensure it can take on new service offering
Set and cascade business objectives and targets to the team
Ensure teams are skilled, trained and developed to enable them to deliver high quality service and support
Manage operational requirements and delivery for new branches and businesses
Provide input into the divisional strategy with particular focus into opportunities to grow and/or enhance the service offered
Provide leadership and direction to the service management function ensuring appropriate and robust service management and review frameworks are in place
Place the role of Marketing Director that requires to:
Research buyer demands to find out niche product categories and models that are unavailable or more expensive if buying locally.
Propose sourcing and pricing strategy, market segmentation and product roadmap to best-fit WeShop to local demand in every respective market.
Implement and manage marketing strategy, media plan, budget and ROI to achieve sales target, mostly through Internet marketing initiatives.
Develop and measure key metrics for the business including user acquisition, conversion and engagement rates, buyer satisfaction and renewal rates.
Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing teams in all active markets that WeShop operates
General management and Marketing experience is essential for working in this job
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, especially in ecommerce business Young talents are welcome
Understanding of agile development processes and methodologies
Adept at analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
Proactive, well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multitask and follow through issues
Solid understanding of digital / web environments - from a business and to some extent from a technical point of view
Working in complex, international environments with remote teams on multiple locations across time zones
Having BA degree MBA is a strong bonus
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, and experience in building and using ERP and Business Intelligence systems is a strong bonus
Fluency in English and Thai is a must. Additional language skills, especially Mandarin or South East Asia languages is a strong bonus
