Deliver excellent customer & merchant service and manage the needs of merchants through a range of communication channel (phone, email, etc)

Follow up after sales services, ensure a smooth customer & merchant on boarding process.

Liaise, coordinate and follow up closely with all related departments to ensure customer expectations are met and all requests are completed as requested.

Work on ad hoc projects as may be required
