Helmed by Singaporean industry leaders Loh Lik Peng (Unlisted Collection), Yah-Leng Yu and Arthur Chin (Foreign Policy Design), as well as Alwyn Chong (Luxasia), & Co. is a collective with a shared vision to create interdisciplinary concepts that promote a cross-cultural dialogue. & Co.’s inaugural project, Gallery & Co., is a progressive retail and F&B destination with a bookstore, café, bar and store in a continuous space. Housed within former City Hall building at Singapore’s premier arts institution, this venture is done in partnership with the National Gallery Singapore.

We are looking for a key team member who will curate an integrated customer experience by merging product offering with a compelling brand story through credible content creation, social media community management, and targeted digital strategies.

Job Scope:

- Work with Retail and F&B teams to plan and execute product launches, campaigns, events, partnerships and other initiatives to build the brand, drive sales and increase engagement.

- Business development planning responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that will generate revenue

- Connect with and manage media, social influencers and external agents

- Work closely with the merchandising team to maximise e-commerce digital marketing and website content and editorial

- Analyse impact of marketing strategies and constantly recalibrate approached based on feedback and data analysis

- Create blog and social media content with input from Retail and F&B teams to increase brand and product offering awareness and appeal

- Overall content and copywriting editorial responsibilities

- Create content calendars and publish digital content in a timely and strategic fashion

- Promote events and activities on print and digital channels to drive awareness and attendance

- Utilise digital marketing to amplify reach, generate leads and sign-ups, raise brand equity and loyalty and drive traffic to & Co.'s digital assets

- Managing and optimising PR and media exposure

- At least 2 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing for F&B and retail

- At least 2 years of experience in business development

- Excellent writing ability (impeccable grammar, spelling and understanding of syntax, please); able to effectively communicate complex topics and concepts simply to a wide and diverse audience

- Proficient in digital, social media and content marketing (Google, Facebook, Instagram)

- Strong creative and conceptual vision
