ABOUT THE POSITION:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR business processes, the ability to develop and integrate technologies and facilitate organizational changes to support these new processes and technologies. The Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with HR and IT to drive requirements and results for multiple projects

Understand strategy, requirements and develop technology solutions to meet our HR objectives.

To lead a cross-functional teams through the design, delivery, and implementation of new tools and services while promoting process optimization.

Directly reporting to: HR Director, Ismaya Group

Job requirements:

5 or more years HR functional and business process experience, 5+ years of HR systems and project management experienced.

5+ years of functional core HR experience preferable with HR projects and iRecruitment expertise

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, HR or similar preferred

Strong systems knowledge and experience using technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies, experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources.

Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data

Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.

Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances – solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.

Project/engagement management experience at a large consulting firm preferred

Must have the ability to quickly analyze and solve problems

Must be a team player, highly motivated and detail-oriented
