Food waste costs the developed world Hospitality industry $65bn per annum, primarily due to wasted food purchasing costs, but also wasted labour, energy, and disposal costs. We at Winnow believe that food is far to valuable to waste, and that technology can transform the way we produce food. Our team is made of people who all share a passion for food and technology. Winnow was founded in London, UK in 2013. Based the successful application of its technology to over 500 sites across the UK, Winnow is now bringing its offering to other parts of the world. To that end, Winnow is establishing relationships and a presence in various regions, including other European countries, as well as a subsidiary in Singapore with local representatives to serve the APAC market (Winnow Asia). Winnow Asia is growing rapidly and is now present in 9 countries of the region. With blue-chip customers including Accor Hotels, IHG, Marriott, Compass Group and many others. Winnow is a well founded company with offices in London UK, Dubai, Singapore and opening in Shanghai early 2017. Scope of work

Act as Project Lead / Manager for the implementation of our technology at a large scale across our key clients

Build project roll-out plan and develop KPIs to measure the success of the implementation jointly with clients

Ensure all dependencies within the project plan are met in a timely manner and the project is delivered successfully

Help to refine the product roadmap and vison as needed based on any new challenges encountered during the roll-out process

Mentor an account manager who will be responsible for the long term success of the client after the period of implementation

Establish great client relationships with senior contacts of our key clients and help the project sponsors properly communicate the success of the roll-out on their business

Collaborating closely with internal teams in different regions

Take initiatives to improve internal process and procedure (in line with Winnow Int’l)

Mid travel in the region will be required.
