We are looking for someone who's very passionate about enterprise sales and business development management in the IT sector. The job scope requires the candidate to be able to communicate with enterprises and business professionals in the commodities space. This job is very international in nature, and will require the candidate to work very closely with the CEO, Senior VP of global sales, to manage a team of full-time sales personnel in Malaysia, China, India and Indonesia:
User Acquisition & Building database of sales leads for sales team via mailchimp
Track progress, feedback and metrics of sales teams via skype
Building sales process, training toolkit, strategies, and structure to ensure success of sales team
Work with Sales and Engineering Teams on Post-sales & Technical Support
Our potential clients are from regional and international trade industries, such as : Palm oil / Oleochemicals / Supply Chain / Personal Care / Household /Products/Speciality Chemicals and many more.
1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Excellent Organizational, Coordination and Execution skills
3. Having some knowledge of trading or background in oleochemicals/personal care/household/ Industrial product industry, is a plus.
4. Having network in Commodities, Physical Trading, or Freight Forwarding Industries is a plus.
5. Knowing spoken and written Mandarin Chinese is a must
6. Knowing spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and Malay is a plus
7. Previous enterprise software sales management experiences is a plus
