Job Scope:
Interpret design briefs, brainstorm ideas and articulate them
Conceptualize, design and execute graphic design related projects both for Bolt and our clients
Coordinate and manage design related projects
Engage with clients, external vendors and other designers for projects, when necessary
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Understand client’s branding and style, initiating research if necessary
Have experience of at least 2 years as a graphic designer
Be able to demonstrate and explain strategic design thinking process on previous works
Be creative and able to bring in fresh, supported ideas
Be able to follow project briefs and meet clients’ expectations
Have good knowledge of current design trends
Have good communication skills and be a good team player
Be able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
