We’re an International company with 8 years experience launching successful startups. We have a portfolio of 5 very profitable social networking and online dating websites. We're looking for an independent and enthusiastic Accounting and HR Manager to join our team, supporting our technology start-up company for a range of functions:
Accounts : 70%
Accounting (using Quickbooks)
Bookkeeping and managing financial accounts
Income tax filing
PIC
Payroll, CPF
Staff expense
HR : 30%
EP, SP
Use SMEPayroll for HR and leave management
Benefits i.e. file NS, Maternity leave etc
HR/Staff related
Ad hoc
3+ years experience in Accounting
Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Proficiency with Quickbooks, bookkeeping, and managing financial accounts
Experienced with payroll, income tax filing, HR activities, benefits administration
Able to work well under minimum supervision
Proactive attitude in bringing improvements to current processes
Enjoy working in an energetic, fast paced and startup environment
