As our Community Manager you represent the Collision 8 brand and are responsible for building a strong, dynamic, vibrant and innovative community at Collision 8. Fostering high value connections across disciplines, you engineer serendipity through personalized service, customized matchmaking and corporate innovation exchanges. Reporting to the GM you ensure the community’s and individual members’ needs are met, facilitate cross industry collaboration and innovation, drive full occupancy of Collision 8, and ensure membership engagement.

Responsibilities

Convert qualified membership leads to members with an estimate of 30% conversion rate

Organise viewings and tours within 24hrs of enquiry.

Provide weekly summary update on leads, members conversion and member feedback

Responsible for membership renewal with regular check-ins and respond to escalated requests from the team

Generate target 3 events-related enquiries weekly and refer them to Marketing Manager

Responsible for Fortnightly newsletter alternating between Collision 8Newsletter and the Innovation newsletter

Responsible for sourcing good innovation news stories and upcoming conferences (partnerships) relevant to Collision 8members.

Update social media including linkedin and facebook with Collision 8events and latest developments, new members, success stories, updates

Represent Collision 8 at regional Innovation events to build collaboration opportunties that grow the business. At least 1 event per quarter preapproved by MD/GM with objective of getting 10 qualified leads (5 New membership/ 5 Partners or Collaborations)

Provide event support to 2 events per week (Night/Weekend) including setting up furniture for events

Responsible for opening the space for operations and / or closing the space at the end of the business day.

Reception manning duties

Any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Exceptional ‘Can do’ customer service attitude with a love for making our members smile.

Excellent spoken and written English skills clearly communicating with our members, their guests and the team.

Comfortable using online platforms such as Google Docs, Hubspot and Nexudus.

Relationship management experience in hospitality a plus, ideally in high end hotel, F&B or retail, where multitasking at a top service levels is expected.

Passion for entrepreneurship as reflected in your enthusiasm for helping our ambitious innovators take their businesses to the next level.

Mon – Fri: 9am - 6pm / Sat: 9am – 1pm

Occasional evening and weekend event support required (No OT)
