This is an opportunity to take up leadership role in high growth regional startup - responsible for company’s development roadmap, stability and technology adoption.
Manage technical deliverables of company’s digital products – front end, back end, mobile and infrastructure.
Lead development, test and support team - communicate requirements, manage timeline, resolve technical roadblocks.
Support software stability & platform uptime - development and production environment.
Maintain solution architecture, programming framework, coding best practices, source control and tools selection.
Decide on current and future technology adoption to align with company’s strategic direction and regional growth.
Work closely with other department heads on product improvements. Translate customer’s issue & challenges into solution and enhancement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related studies.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in related industries.
Experience and knowledge in consumer marketplace technology.
Experience and knowledge in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Experience and knowledge in Javascript and client-side MVC frameworks (react, angular etc).
Experience and knowledge in software team management tools & methodologies.
Demonstrate leadership skills in managing software teams, project deliverables and timeline.
Demonstrate excellent coding, analytics and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrate passion in latest technology and keeping up with industry trends.
