We are NOT looking for an "employee", we are looking for a crew, a founding member of a world-changing startup. There is no specific role for this position. It will be you, yourself who will find the role that fits and lead the entire project to success.
[Responsibilities]
- Launch our disruptive communication app, BeHeard with us.
- Grow BeHeard to the next Unicorn company just like Uber/Airbnb in the next 5 years.
- Marketing, promotion, business development, project management, product management, etc.
- There will be no specific role, it's almost like founding a company from zero with us.
- It will be you yourself, who will find your role and bring values to the team.
<Must have>
- Must be a native English speaker. (ANY other languages are PLUS)
- Must be energetic, positive, open-minded and a self-starter.
- Must possess good communication/questioning/feedback skills.
<nice to have>
- Facebook Ads experience
- Digital marketing experience (Google Adwords, Video marketing, etc)
- Marketing strategy and planning experience
- Experience at a start-up/mobile app project is a PLUS
- Experience with Marketing/HR/Biz dev/Project management is a PLUS
- Traveling experience or open to understand other cultures is a PLUS
- Having business networks in the west cost of the US is a PLUS
