· Key performer on a dynamic and fast moving marketing team responsible for designing and executing marketing collateral for many international markets.

· Execute campaigns across online and offline channels.

· Seamlessly integrating our brand identity and voice into content while elevating our visual aesthetics in our marketing communications

· Keep track of competitive landscape and understand their key messages to develop differentiated positioning.

· Empathize with our target audience and articulate rationale behind design decisions

· Understand and apply creative versus analytical design goals across all channels

· Polytechnic or Degree students in the fields of Visual Communication, Design Communication, Graphic Design or other design-related studies.

· Versatile visual designer comfortable developing marketing assets across web, email, digital marketing banners, presentations.

· Versed in design fundamentals with a grasp of color, type, hierarchy, balance and typography.

· Versed in industry design and production tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Knowledge in HTML and Flash would be a plus.

· Strong copywriter with the ability to understand and articulate key messages clearly and concisely in our brand voice.

· Strong bilingual language command (English and Chinese).

· Great at multi-tasking and able to handle many projects in parallel.

· Team player that can both incorporate feedback and take initiative to lead creative direction of marketing campaigns.​
