We are looking for a Sales Engineer Lead to join us and drive the sale of technology innovations that Savant Degrees incubated through our years of our consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

You are passionate about how digital technology can be used to add value to organizations. You will be able to position and champion Savant Degrees’ digital products to create real value. You’re constantly engaging customers and expanding their use cases. You have impeccable relationship skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with.

Duties include:

Sales

·
Acquisition of new clients and key account servicing.

·
Create and close commercial agreements

·
Achievement of sales target for Savant Degrees’ technology solutions.

·
Preparation and constant review of sales materials to best present the technology solutions.

·
Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

·
Report feedbacks or existing problems that affect sales effectiveness, suggest applicable solutions or alternatives to management and implement if approved.

·
Provide technical support and pre-sales and aftersales support.

·
Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.

Client Management

·
Develop relationship with end-users by providing technical information and training.

·
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to manage customer satisfaction

·
Identify and report on current and future customer service requirements

·
Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating business gains, cost reductions or operations improvements.

·
Develop, prepare and nurture customers for advocacy.

Teamwork

·
Confer with technical support staff to cost engineering changes for any customization work.

·
Work closely with product marketing team to provide input and feedback on product improvement.
