We are seeking a Business Development Manager with Mobile Messaging/Emailing, Cloud Services, or Mobile Technology and hands on experience with international exposure in fast-moving environments, to be based in Vietnam.

You will be responsible for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities.

You will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling Wavecell mobile messaging and cloud communication services to Enterprises and Application developers. This role is focused on new business acquisition (both local and overseas).

Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business for Wavecell to an agreed annual revenue target and to increase year-on-year

Actively and successfully manage the entire sales process

Manage and develop the sales pipeline to ensure all sales administrations are kept up to date • Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentations • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to details in ensuring all sales opportunities to Wavecell are captured and explored

The candidate will have individual responsibility for new businesses and is expected to self-manage; however, he/she will have support from the managing and sales director for complex large pitches and strategies

3+ years of sales experience in the mobile or internet industry with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role. Previous experience in the mobile messaging industry is highly beneficial

Fluent in spoken and written English, and Vietnamese would be required

Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong selling and sales aptitude

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment

Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cope with tight deadline

Excellent people skills to establish a good rapport with customers

A team player with excellent personal relationship skills

Experience in building strong business relationships and to leverage his/her exceptional sales skills with effective and proven track records of successful results

Team player with a passion for selling innovative, disrupting products and has a deep understanding of the cloud communications industry

Experience of working within a service or product driven industry will give candidates a distinct advantage

Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong selling and sales aptitude

Strong sense of responsibility, initiatice and commitment

High level of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
