RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage regional marketing activities (Singapore, Myanmar, Malaysia and Channels)
Work closely with sales, product management and finance teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that will bring in the leads required by the business
Manage marketing events and provide sales support.
Design, write copies for, and coordinate the creation of corporate website and campaign microsites
Write copies for product collaterals, advertisements and press releases and coordinate their production and publications.
Analyse and test information about existing and potential customers to determine buyer values and changes in preferences to improve strategic decision making, marketing effectiveness and product development
Analyze trends and develop recommendations to improve Lithan Hall's understanding and measure the effectiveness of marketing channels
Create marketing reports for marketing and executive management
Manage the marketing database of leads, prospects and alumni
Ensure all leads generated through marketing campaigns are properly funneled and assigned to sales
Keep track of leads to ensure they are pre-qualified and converted by sales with no leads getting neglected
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferably.
At least 5 years marketing experience with at least 2 years as marketing manager.
Excellent communication/ selling skills and good industry knowledge
Ability to plan, execute and measure results of Digital Marketing activities (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics)
Ability to use CRM tools (Salesforce.com)
