Develop strong relationship with clients and support them efficiently
Provide remote/onsite support to end-users on IT (e.g. Server and Network Maintenance, both hardware & software)
Support roll out of new applications & evaluate new technology from time to time

University degree in IT/Computer Science from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years work experience in similar field and in maintaining network infrastructure, esp. in hospitality
Must be CCNA/CCNP Certified.
Very good Knowledge & experience in Network (Routers, Network Protocols, VPN, Load balancing, Voip..etc) using Cisco and Linux platform including installation and configuration
Knowledge & understanding in Android/Linux IP networking and configurations.
Experience in handling the Project Coordination, Installation and Support.
Knowledge & understanding in database and networks has added advantage
Knowledge & experience in Web Services applications and Cloud Technology
Excellent knowledge of L2,L3 Core switches etc.
Excellent Knowledge of MS 2012 server.
Other Requirements
Preferably Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Dependent Pass Holders, LTVP+ holders.
