Writers’ Theater Partnership

Sea turtles are among the oldest creatures on earth and they are currently threatened. The beaches of northeast Florida are an important summer nesting area for loggerhead, green, and leatherback sea turtles. Discover how we can share and protect the beaches. Nature Detective Workshop for Kids

Children (Age 6-12) are invited to a hands-on workshop to become Nature Detectives. Kids will learn all about lizards, including how to spot them and how these pollinators relate to gardening. Every child will receive free gardening goodies, including Nature Detective notebooks. This workshop is designed by the Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants, presented by the Geranium Circle, and sponsored by the Garden Club of St. Augustine and the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.
