Everyday is a brand new beginning but a new year marks the start for us to become better for the next 365 days. But I would like to look back on my 2012 wherein I had started blogging . I have chosen one post from each month which received most page views or comments. It doesn't mean that my blog is already in top ranking divisions coz I'm still a long way to get there. Thus, I still lave a lot to learn.
1. A Parent's Prayer - I believe that to become better parents, it's a must to ask God for his guidance and love since He's the best parent of us all.
2. Where To In Cebu For The Summer? - There's so many beautiful go-to places here in Cebu and the most visited are our beaches. I've listed a few that are really must see places because of its beauty and grandeur.
3. Dealing with Zef's Separation Anxiety - Separation Anxiety is a normal emotional stage of development with babies that are aged 7-18 months. In here, I have shared some helpful tips to still keep that loving bond that my baby Zef developed for me but also made him understand that it's ok that I'll be away from him for awhile.
4. My Dancesport Kids - My two older kids, Troy and Tracy, are dancing partners in dancesport. Being a mother of these athletes brings both an exciting and tough responsibility. Nevertheless, I feel pride in my heart every time they dance because I can see that they have grown to love and respect each other as siblings and professional dancers.
5. I'm A New BC Blogger! - Now, this is where the fun definitely began. It wasn't until I joined BC Bloggers that I gained more page views in my blogsite. The comments exchange has definitely been an enjoyable experience. It gave me more chance to learn the ropes about blogging and along the way, I've gained friends too.
6. BC Bloggers MEME: Count Your Blessings - There's definitely a lot of reasons to be thankful for and I have shared a few in this meme post. It would be awesome if we could include this activity again with BCB.
7. Ibong Adarna and My Lady - I have 3 boys and 1 girl in the family. She's like, no, she IS the princess in the house. As a doting parent, I help her with her homeworks and this isn't one of the exceptions. Since I have a small talent of art, I gladly drew the bird, Ibong Adarna, for her.
8. It's Never Too Early to Teach A Child How To Pray - I had to put a smile in my face as I'm writing this. I was amused when I viewed the stats on this post and found out that it only received 11 comments but 633 views! It's actually the most number of views than any other of my posts. I don't know what gives but I guess God was happy with it and maybe he sent angels to click and view this page many times. :-)
9. Maternity Run 2012 With My Sister - This was an event sponsored by The Community Hospital here in Cebu that was specially for pregnant women and menopausal women. I chaperoned my sister who was 4 months pregnant at that time. It was my first fun run and it got me hooked with jogging and running from then on. I'm glad I joined my sister that day because it was a totally awesome sisterly bonding experience for us.
10. I Have Three Books of Fifty - I was merely ecstatic when my friend gifted me with all three books of EL James' Fifty Shades. I've finished reading all three and it surely suited the category of erotic reading material which brought it to be the most controversial book as of present time. I need not say more if its contents. Zip.
11. Praising on Sundays: Mother of The Lord - Luke 1:39-45 was the gospel for that day where Mary gave her cousin Elizabeth a visit.
I started posting contents in my blog in February of 2012. That is why I only have eleven titles here. As I gave it a run through, I realized I post whatever my mind gives. I know I'll be learning more as I go along so I just need to continue writing. At least one post a day. Two thing's for sure though. I need a major revamp and an exciting first ever give-away for my blog anniversary soon.
