Penn’s Landing, Columbus Boulevard and Walnut Street, 6 p.m. and midnight, free. Philadelphia will ring in 2015 not once but two times during the SugarHouse New Year's Eve Fireworks on the Delaware River Waterfront. With shows at 6 p.m. and midnight, revelers of all ages will have a chance to celebrate the New Year. Best of all, there are plenty of great places to watch the spectacular free show. MORE INFO

Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest

Penn’s Landing, Columbus Boulevard and Market Street, 5 p.m. or 10 p.m. sessions, $25-$40. Expanded and better than ever, the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest offers one of the best views of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Before the show, lace up a pair of skates and do a few laps on the regulation-size ice rink, grab a warm beverage in the Lodge or relax in front of a fire pit and enjoy gorgeous waterfront views. New Year’s Eve Dance Fever at SugarHouse Casino

SugarHouse Casino, 1001 N. Delaware Avenue, 10 p.m., $75. In addition to presenting both New Year’s fireworks shows, SugarHouse Casino is also a destination for explosive fun on December 31. New Year’s Funkin’ Eve at FringeArts

FringeArts, 140 N. Columbus Boulevard, 11 p.m., $15. One of the newest attractions on the Delaware River Waterfront, FringeArts says goodbye to 2014 with a funky celebration featuring live music, a beer garden bonfire, balloons and more. Starting at 11 p.m., enjoy sparkling cocktails and la carte late-night specials at La Peg before watching the midnight fireworks over the Delaware River. Countdown to 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia

Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing, 201 S. Columbus Boulevard, 4 p.m. or 8 p.m. seatings, $110-$169. NYE Tristate at Lincoln Financial Field

Lincoln Financial Field, 1 Lincoln Financial Field Way, 9 p.m., $50-$1200. Those seeking the biggest bash in town should probably opt to head to the football stadium to spend New Year’s Eve with a crowd of more than 2,000. Held in the 40,000-square-foot SCA Club, the event sprawls through three lounge areas with live music, DJs, multiple bars and tons of screens to show the ball drop. Philadelphia New Year’s Eve with City Rhythm Orchestra

Sheraton Society Hill, One Dock Street, 7 p.m., $130-$160. Dance all night to the sounds of classic, rock and pop with the City Rhythm Orchestra at the Sheraton Society Hill in Old City. Bar Volver

Center City, 300 S. Broad Street, $150. Chef Jose Garces’ Volver at the Kimmel Center is offering three different ways to celebrate the New Year. Those attending the Philadelphia Orchestra New Year’s performance can partake in the tasting menu from 5 to 6 p.m. before the show. Starting at 8 p.m., Chef Garces will be preparing a special tasting menu in the dining room then party until 1 a.m. with drinks, dancing and a champagne toast at midnight for $250 per person. Old City, 110 S. 2nd Street, 10 p.m., $25-$75. Cuban restaurant and club Cuba Libre hosts a five-course dinner at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., but after the dishes are cleared aways, the dancing begins. At 11 p.m., a 1920s-style Latin floor show brings the heat as DJs spin salsa, merengue and bachata. For a two-hour open bar, scoop up one of the 50 VIP tickets for $75. Toast On The Coast at Positano Coast

Go Go Nye: A Funk and Classic Disco Dance Party at the Trestle Inn

Callowhill, 339 North 11th Street, 9 p.m., $25-$30. Spend New Year’s Eve with grooving go-go dancers and plenty of funk, soul and disco tunes at a whiskey-fueled bash at The Trestle Inn.
