Since Google introduced the latest changes in v. 51 i recognised an issue which make my life to hell in the last days.

NOTES !
1) Using the Mouse Wheel, the Red Area jumps, jitters, etc.
2) Using the Scroll Bar the Red Area is fixed and the whole part repainted well and smooth.

This happens in Google Chrome v51+ and in the latest Safari Browser. Firefox is not yet influenced due the new Repaint / Reflow changes but i guess it will come also very soon.
I am really curious if you guys have any idea how to solve this ?
