Warsaw Community Schools has announced plans to participate in the Summer Food Service Program. Free meals will be made available to all children, 18 years of age and under, and to persons over 18 years who are enrolled in a state-approved educational program for the mentally or physically disabled.
Free meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children. There will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
Free meals will be provided at the sites below according to the dates and times as listed below:
Winona Lake Park, 1590 Park Ave., Winona Lake. Meals will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from Monday, June 9 to Friday, July 25. Meals will not be served Monday, June 30, to Friday, July 4.
Bixler Park at Center Lake, 503 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Meals will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from Monday, June 9 to Friday, July 25. Meals will not be served Monday, June 30 to Friday, July 4.
Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, Smith St., Warsaw. Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, only.
Warsaw Community High School, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and lunch will be served from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, June 10 to Tuesday, July 29. Meals will not be served Thursday, July 3 to Saturday, July 5.
Washington Elementary, 423 Kincaide St., Warsaw. Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. with lunch served from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 10 to Wednesday, July 2.
Edgewood Middle School, 900 S. Union St., Warsaw. Breakfast will be served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. with lunch served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 10 to Tuesday, July 29. Meals will not be served Thursday, July 3 to Saturday, July 5.
