BCCI announce dates for Australia’s tour of India:

The Aussies will make their way out to the Indian subcontinent to play a bevy of four Test matches under the banner of the Border-Gavaskar series.

The first Test will be played between the 23rd and 27th of February at Pune before both sides make the trip down south to the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

MS Dhoni blames loss of wickets for loss in second ODI:

Dhoni went ahead and pointed out that the 41st over was quite clearly the turning point in the encounter, and over where the Indians lost the wickets of Axar Patel and Amit Mishra.

Speaking about the role of the finisher played by Hardik Pandya, Dhoni added that he would not like to blame him for losing his wicket at the wrong time.

The Supreme Court of India has passed an order that limits the BCCI’s financial freedom and power until the board and its state associations comply with the Lodha Committee’s recommendations.

The court directed the BCCI not to distribute funds to its state associations until they submit affidavits stating compliance with the recommendations to the court and the Lodha Committee in two weeks.
