SSAT(The Schools Network) gathers, holds and processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal data you supply will be used by SSAT for the purpose of managing and organising this event. Your details will be included in the delegate list for this event. Such data may also be released to third parties (such as service suppliers for organising conferences) where necessary for the above purposes.
Terms and conditions
By completing this form, I agree that a place will be reserved for the delegate(s) named and I agree to ensure payment will be made in full. I understand that places can only be cancelled in exceptional circumstances and SSAT must be notified in writing and will be subject to an administration fee. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event/programme commences incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event/programme commences incur 100% of the event/programme charge. Replacement delegates may be nominated at any time prior to the commencement of the event/programme.
If, for any reason, SSAT needs to cancel the event, delegates will be notified in writing and event/programme fees will be fully refunded. Affiliated members will be charged the members fee, however it is the member's responsibility to advise SSAT if they de-affiliate. If membership lapses 14 days or more before the commencement of the event/programme the non-members fee will be charged. If membership lapses during the first year of a two-year programme, delegates will be charged the non-member fee for year two.
