The Saskatchewan Roughriders and Montreal Alouettes play Friday night at Molson Stadium.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders look for another victory to rebound from a poor 1-3 start. Mitchell Gale is completing 57.6 percent of his passes for 601 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions. Gale has two touchdown passes in his last two games. Naaman Roosevelt and Ricky Collins have combined for more than 700 receiving yards and two touchdowns while Rob Bagg has 13 receptions. The Saskatchewan Roughriders ground game is averaging 56.8 yards per contest, and Curtis Steele leads the way with 133 yards on 24 carries. Defensively, Saskatchewan is allowing 34.5 points and 416.8 yards per game. Greg Jones leads the Roughriders with 21 tackles, A.C. Leonard has three sacks and Justin Cox has an interception.

The Montreal Alouettes are desperate for a win in order to snap a three-game losing streak. Kevin Glenn is completing 72.1 percent of his passes for 876 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions. Glenn has thrown one pick in four straight games. Nik Lewis and Duron Carter have combined for more than 500 receiving yards and two touchdowns while B.J. Cunningham has 11 receptions. The Montreal Alouettes ground game is averaging 75.8 yards per contest, and Tyrell Sutton leads the way with 105 yards on 23 carries. Defensively, Montreal is allowing 25.8 points and 406.5 yards per game. Bear Woods leads the Alouettes with 28 tackles, John Bowman has three sacks and Chip Cox has one interception.

The Roughriders are 3-11-1 ATS in their last 15 road games and 8-22-1 ATS in their last 31 games overall. The Alouettes are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Roughriders are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 meetings.

The last 10 meetings between these two teams have been split down the middle and the home team has won five of the last six contests. So, in a toss up game between two clubs that could use a win here, I'm going to side with the Alouettes at home.
