he 2016 CAF awards will hold tonight January 5, 2017 in Abuja with the African Player of the Year award the top prize.

Nigeria is well represented with Kelechi Iheanacho and Alex Iwobi all nominated in different youth category awards.

The Super Falcons who won the AWCON 2016 are also nominated.
