BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for BACOOR CAVITE AND TAGUIG (40K-50K STARTING SALARY)
FUNCTIONS
·Develop marketing business strategy for its new product line for dealer, contractor and architect.
·Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the company particularly in promoting and coordinating company products with its dealers which includes executing standard product display, product orientations, coordinating orders, monitoring stocks movements on display for replenishment.
·Develop good relationship and coordination with all dealer sales people to push its products.
·Must be able to achieve sales objective in terms of achieving sales quota and covering the market assigned will report directly to the managing director.
· In charge in visual merchandising.
·Close new business deals, enhance product branding and locate potential business areas for dealership.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Applicants must be at least 30 years old.
·Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing/Architecture or Interior Design.
·With at least 5 years Sales Experience in branded finishing materials and with good networks among dealers and people in the industry.
·Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
·Possess good communication skills and willing to grow and move up corporate ladder.
·From same industry such as Design, Architecture and Construction is an advantage but not necessary
·Young, Aggressive, Innovative and Result Oriented
