Bollywood’s next bigda hua badmaash
Very few actors get the chance to play a character that does not fall into a safe category in their very first film , but debutante Girish Kumar got the chance to essay the role of a bigda hua badmaash in Ramaiya Vastavaiya, something that came easy to the actor .
While Girish Kumar plays a rich-spoilt NRI in the film directed by Prabhudheva,the actor couldn’t believe his luck, as he was allowed to be as naughty, mischievous and batameez in the truest sense since that was what his character required.
Says director Prabhudheva , “Girish thoroughly enjoyed playing the character and that shows on screen as well…..We allowed him to go all out and be as badmaash and batameez as possible since that only worked in the favor of his character. Everything fell into place because he didn’t have to try too hard since he is like Ram in real life as well”.

Hawa Hawai Sonakshi
The beautiful Sonakshi Sinha transformed herself into ‘Hawa Hawai’ girl on the sets of Sony’s Indian Idol Junior. She along with contestant Sonakshi Kar grooved to Sridevi’s popular chartbuster and had the audiences asking for more.
Sonakshi who along with co-star Ranveer Singh is promoting ‘Lootera’ couldn’t help herself but relate to little Sonakshi from Kolkata. “My mother used to exactly dress me up like the little sonakshi here in frilly frocks. Infact I would always be Sridevi during fancy dress competitions and dance to hawa hawai” revealed Sonakshi Sinha.
Being with the contestants of Indian Idol Junior Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh couldn’t help transform themselves to children as well by revealing many of their treasured childhood memories. Delhi, July 4, 2013: After a strong top 5 opening session in Round 2 last month which then fell apart after Team Mate Julien Jouse crashed the car heavily which put paid to the entire race weekend for Armaan and the team, BMW Sports Trophy Team India had a good shake down test yesterday at Spa with some encouraging lap times in wet conditions. Round 3 of the championship is scheduled to be held at Zandvoort in Netherlands on July 6 and 7, 2013.
Armaan who has a new team mate for this race had tense moments till a few days back when he found that his former team mate Julien could not continue with the team due to certain contractual issues. Thanks to Armaan’s Race Manager Gary Ayles, the team was able to rope in Melroy Heemskerk from Zandvoort for the upcoming race weekend.

Speaking about the test, Armaan said, “The test at Spa went off well yesterday, the car seems to be as good as new after the very heavy crash last month. Having received rave reviews for the first theatrical trailer of “Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara”, Balaji Motion Pictures launched the second theatrical of the film directed by Milan Luthria starring Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan & Sonakshi Sinha at a popular multiplex in the suburbs.
Talking about how it felt to play a grey character said Akshay Kumar on the occasion, “The last time I played a grey character to this extent was in Ajnabee so I had my initial reservations…However I thoroughly enjoyed essaying the role since everyone has a dark side so its fun to explore it on-screen..It’s always good to play the anti-hero once in a while”.

Universal along with BMG Cresendo acquires Music Rights of the film “PRAGUE”
Music is the backbone of every film, if the music is a hit amongst people, rest assured the movie will do well. Understanding this very well, Rohit Khaitan’s forthcoming film “Prague” manages to score over others. Atif Afzal, the music director of the film has worked magic with the film.
The films music album will be have some 20 sound tracks with background tracks. Each song will vary from the other and will cover different varieties of songs ranging from club music, rock music, melodies etc. These tracks will be sung by prolific artists like Shalmali Kholgade, Suraj jagan, Neha Kakkar and Suryaveer to name a few. If this was not enough, the producers have come up with the unique packaging design of the music CD’s. Each music CD will open up with a surprise. Staying true to the genre of the film, the packaging will contain a puzzle which requires to be solved by the audiences. The movie is already received lot of accolades at the various film festivals it has been screened, audiences are excited about the release of the movie, and looking by what the producers are planning, it’s going to be an all new experience for the audience.

The charming Ranveer Singh has now added a new feather in his cap. The actor showed off his new love for shayari recently on the sets of Indian Idol Junior.
Ranveer Singh along with Sonakshi Sinha visited the sets of Sony’s Indian Idol Junior to promote their upcoming flick ‘Lootera’. Ranveer was at his mischievous best as he joked around with the contestants and pulled everyones leg. But, as the show progressed a new talent of Ranveer came to light. The actor complimented the contestants performance but in shayari style. After the scintillating performance of Anmol he said, “Anmol, Anmol, Anmol, jama diya tune rock n roll.” Later when Nirvesh’s mother got emotional after his performance Ranveer replied, “Auntyji no asu, the performance was dhasu.” The audience along with the contestants applauded Ranveer’s attempt at shayari and asked for more.
