Starring an ensemble starcast-Sharman Joshi, Mahie Gill , Anupam Kher, Parambrata , Meera Chopra, Jackie Shroff, Saurabh Shukla, Rajpal Yadav, Chunkey Pandey, Yashpal Sharma, Asrani, Vijay Verma , Rajesh Khattar and J.Brandon Hill, Ratan Jain’s Gang of Ghostsdirected by Satish Kaushik that went on floors earlier this year has now completed its schedule having shot across Mumbai,Surat and Bangkok.
The film with music by Dharam- Sandeep is filled with song & dance, drama, romance, action and even an item number,making it the perfect filmi masala with some food for thought.
Satish Kaushik ‘s directorial venture Gang of Ghosts , is the Hindi remake of Bengali film Bhooter Bhabishyat. Apart from helming the project in the director’s seat, Satish Kaushik has also penned the dialogues of the film – For those who are unaware, Kaushik had last written the dialogues for comic cult Janne Bhi Do Yaaro which released in 1983.

Talking about the level of dancing on Dance India Dance, Sunny Deol said, “Dance India Dance is, doubtlessly, a great platform for dancers to showcase their talent. With the kind of performances I have seen today, I think in the next season, even I would need to give an audition in order to sit here as a celebrity judge. I feel blessed to be seated amongst the judges and judging such this super-talented lot of dancers.”
Shaking a leg with the contestants and Mithun Da, Sunny was seen having a blast on the sets. Playing pranks with everybody on the set, Sunny was seen making the judges, Jay and all the males contestants do push-ups on the sets. While everybody else seemed to be doing their push-ups with utmost diligence, Jay fell over Mudassar while doing push-ups. While leaving, Sunny was approached by a contestant – Swarali, who requested him to dance with her on a romantic number. Meeting Sunny after a long time, Shruti told Dada that it was Sunny Deol who had given elder sis Vaibhavi Merchant her first break as a choreographer in the industry. Joining Sunny to promote the movie, was the Director of Singh Saab the Great, Mr. Anil Sharma.
Meeting his old friends and watching amazing talent, Sunny Deol was in great spirits when he bid adieu to the Dance India Dance team. Not just Sunny, but the entire DID family was equally appreciative of Sunny paaji visiting the sets. He tells cops that he is sure that old man has been killed and his accident is shown as an accident because he had got some proofs which indicate that it doesn’t look like an accident. The accident happened recently and he through his contacts has found out that it seems murder and not an accident. Cops ask why he is so sure. He tells cops that he knows the old man who was an honest man and he was fighting for his granddaughter’s murder case. The killers are behind bars and they have taken revenge against the old man by killing him. Saranjeet tells cops that he only had pushed the granddaughter’s murder case to the court so he knows in and out of the case and the killers. So he wants CID’s help to handle the case, as he knows the old man who was his neighbor. Now CID with the help of Scramjet will solve the mystery behind the old man’s death. Now it is a challenge for cops to find out whether it is a murder or accident? Saranjeet comes out of the jail and in climax he helps CID cops in catching the criminal with proper action sequence.

A hitchhiker named Gayatri disappears mysteriously in the forest as she gets pulled by the long twines of a tree. Cops find from the local villagers that similar cases has happened in the forest , and they suspect a ghost lurking near the tree area to be behind all this. Cops discover a paranormal expert who has recorded some footages of some uncanny experiences in the forest . But as cops investigate they find a robber gang who is fooling people who travel inside the forest during the night time. Finally they get to know it’s an crazy sinister environmentalist who is making desperate attempts to guard the forest area which he thinks is his personal property and there at his underground den cops find all other missing people.

The popular law based show Adaalat on Sony Entertainment Television is back with a very interesting case. The upcoming episode will revolve around a family that moves into a rented house. They are happy in the house and are glad that they shifted. Its evening time and the father and daughter are sitting at the dining table when the father calls out to his wife but there isn’t any answer. All of a sudden we see the lights of the house go off and we see a silhouette approaching the man. He calls out to the silhouette saying that enough of the game their daughter is getting scared but there is no answer. Some weird noises can be heard from the approaching silhouette. All of a sudden we see the figure trying to strangle the man. The kid shouts out to the figure as if it is her mom and says she is hurting her dad. The lights come on we see the man dead and his wife on the floor fainted, the kid scared. KD takes up the case and the lady says she hasn’t killed her husband. She says it was the ghost she saw that must have killed her husband. However it is difficult to accept that as their daughter also saw her mother killing her dad but she tells KD that her mother loved her dad a lot but she doesn’t know what happened.
How will KD solve this mystery? Did she kill her husband and now she is giving an excuse that it was a ghost?

Tigmanshu Dhulia was very keen to have Vidyut on board to play the special role in the film and after seeing the action scenes, the only action hero of this generation quickly agreed to play the part.
While Vidyut was performing the action scene on the sets, the actor left the entire cast and crew stunned by jumping in to save a stunt man from falling off a cliff.
As the stuntman lost his balance, everyone around on the sets freezed, while Vidyut jumped in immediately, without any harness to save the man from falling off, who could have been badly injured.
Vidyut is the only actor of this generation to do hard core action stunts by himself. The actor is a martial artist in real life and also choreographs action stunts. He is thoroughly into action and his name is almost synonymous to Action.

Sajid Nadiadwala has roped in the talented actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, of Gangs of Wasseypur fame, for his upcoming film with Salman Khan, Kick.
For the first time, Nawaz would play a powerful role in a out and out commercial film, Kick. Sajid was keen to cast someone who will be able to perform dramatically. While details are kept under wrap on his character as it’s suppose to be surprise but insiders say it’s very powerful.

Cartoon Network commissions first APAC content for global distribution
SPAA CONFERENCE, MELBOURNE (November 21, 2013) – Cartoon Network today announces it has started production on the first Asia Pacific-made series developed for global distribution. Exchange Student Zero will be ready to air in 2015 on screens across the world. Another new project in the pipeline for the leading kids’ network is Monster Beach, an original TV special that will also be available internationally.

Exchange Student Zero (13×22’) tells the story of two boys who bring an anime character from a fantasy card game to life and pass him off as an exchange student. However, Hiro wreaks havoc amongst his western styled animated world. Attempts to return him back to the game result in even more anime characters being released with disastrous results. The series tagline is: “300 super-powered cards. Two different worlds. One crazy adventure.”

Sunny Deol unveils statue of Shahid Bhagat Singh, an initiative of Punjabi Global Foundation!
Our favorite Sunny Deol makes his rare but pleasant appearance unveiling the statue of Shahid Bhagat Singh, an initiative by Punjabi Global Foundation to support the ‘only wax sculptor in India’ by Mr. Sunil Kandalloor.
While Sunny Deol gears up for his upcoming movie Singh Saab the Great, he makes the kindest gesture by accepting the request to unveil the wax statue of Shahid Bhagat Singh that will be now kept in Sunil’s Celebrity Wax Museum, Lonavala!
To pay homage to our hero Shahid Bhagat Singh came forward the entire cast of Singh Saab the Great, Sunny Deol unveiling the spectacular piece or art created by the sculptor. Sunny Deol being his usual best was spotted donning a hat looked much of a Sikh himself as he stood next to the statue offering his salute. Sonu Nigam who has given his soulful voice for the movie paid a tribute at the event. Anil Sharma, director of Singh Saab…, graced the event with the other star cast. Actor & Politician Tajinder Singh Tiwana made a rare appearance. Singer Ramji Gulati was seen sporting a ‘I am Singh.’

Mumbai, November 21, 2013: Dutch brand communications consultancy Brand Dialogue collaborates with the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Mumbai for a unique Design & Branding seminar. This joint initiative, which emphasizes a new vision targeting design and branding solutions for India, was held on Nov 19 in Mumbai.
