Hindi film “DIL MANGE KUCHH AUR” on Gay community launched with song recording.

Bhoomika Productions maiden Hindi feature film, based on Gay community “DIL MANGE KUCHH AUR” was launched with song recording on Friday, 17th January 2014 at Empire Studio, Andheri (W), in voice of singer Mohammed Irfan (film Yaariyan, Murder 2 & Raavan fame), under baton of music director R K.Rock (Ranjit) and lyrics by Ladu Swalka. World renowned Illusionist Shri Satish Deshmukh performed the muhurat pooja of Lord Ganesha, and Shri Sunder Shekhar president of Indian Minorities Suraksha Mahasangh also adopted son on Late Shri Haji Mastan gave his blesings to producer Rohit Kumar. Muhurat clap was given by actress Tanisha Singh.

Film is being produced by Rohit Kumar & Neeta Garbade with Prakash Phale & Pramod Gaikwad as co-producer. Film is being directed by Rajesh Dubeay with screenplay by Niranjan Bhudhadara. Beside media other distinguished guests present on the occasion were actors Arun Bali, Mushtaq Sheikh, Harsh Vashisht, actress Tanisha Singh and others. Producers have earlier made many short films and this is there first full length feature film. Films cast is under finalization and will go on floor from mid February.

Film “DIL MANGE KUCHH AUR” is based on Gay community, how they get attracted towards each other and how they get married. Debutant director Rajesh Dubeay said he is trying to show reality on life of Gay community. Angry Indian Goddesses

First look of Angry Indian Goddesses revealed.

Sarah-Jane Dias who was up till now shooting for her very International Project called Angry Indian Goddesses directed by Globally renowned director Pan Nalin is back after a one long month to Mumbai.

When asked about the movie she didn’t speak much however our sources reveal that the film depicts a very serious topic of our country based on Women.

The movie also stars Sandhya Mridul and Anushka Manchanda.

“It’s a light-hearted female buddy film. We have tried to deal with contemporary issues related to women without being preachy,” said Nalin. “It’s made with the sensibility of my earlier films and is not-over-the-top. But it’s my most commercial film till date.”

Nalin has previously directed features such as Samsara and Valley of Flowers

The first look of the film starring Sarah-Jane puts us in mind that she might be playing a photographer in the film however we still have to wait and watch to know the reality of the Film.

Mumbai 18th January, 2014 – One of the most eagerly awaited fashion events took off with a fabulous start in Mumbai at the Lalit Intercontinental on 18th Jan. After two years of its conception, the second edition of India Kids Fashion Week, a joint venture by Events Capital and Craftworld Entertainment saw children walk the ramp emerging as rockstars through their fierce attitude and innocent smiles. It was indeed a kid’s fantasy-world to see cute adorable toddlers in trendy & colorful designer ensembles & edible organic make up. The first day of IKFW saw creations created by NGO Khushi, Maxx, Libero, Pooja Jhunjhunwala, Sho Sho Bella, Sheena Creations and Kirti Rathore for F Atalia.

The day started with the spokespersons of India Kids Fashion Week Pankaj Khanna and Manoj Mahla addressing the press along with Fitness&Wellness expert Mickey Mehta and Grace Pinto from Ryan International School on the concept for the two-day fashion week.

Day 1 kick-started by supporting the cause of empowering children with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy and autism through a fashion show organized by NGO Khushi.

The commencing show showcased creations by renowned kidswear brand Maxx. The collection for young girls includes lightweight fabrics in a mixed colour palette ranging from monochrome to bubble gum pinks, ochre and blue, spearmint and vermillion while “Double denims” was the theme for little boys’ collection. Versatile TV actor Ali Asgar, who is best known and immensely loved by all as “Dadi” from Comedy Nights with Kapil accompanied the little children on the ramp.

Libero’s show caught maximum attention from the audience: for the first time ever, toddlers between the age of 1.5 to 2.5 years strutted on the ramp showcasing diapers by Libero! This show garnered maximum attention through the models seen on the ramp. The confidence with which the babies walked on the ramp showed promising signs of soon-to-be superstars! Model and Actress Aditi Govitrikar was seen accompanying the mini-rockstars as they promoted their diapers with flamboyance.

The fashion fraternity is very close-knit. While there is immense competition in every professional field, renowned designer Rocky S was seen cheering on and completely supporting his protégé designer Pooja Jhunjhunwala as she showcased her mythology-inspired collection for children. Pooja was accompanied by the biggest superstar in children’s world, Chota Bheem who accompanied the designer and acknowledged his little fans.’

Named after her daughter, Dubai-based designer Sarah showcased her collection “ShoSho Bella ” which included outfits that make kids feel like little princesses. Inspired by her own princess, the collection reflects the designer’s love and adoration for her daughter. ShoSho Bella was accompanied by cartoon character Krissh from Cartoon Network.

The show by Sheena Creations created a mood to party and unwind through their collection showcasing partywear for little boys and girls. Ace choreographer Terrence Lewis danced along with the party kids on the ramp

The grand finale for the day stayed true to its name with Kirti Rathore showcasing her collection dedicated to cancer patients aged between 4-14 years. These little children walked the ramp for Kirti’s show along with celebrities Kushal Tandon, Nandish Sandhu, Angad Hasija and Viveek Oberoi. Bigg Boss winner Gauhar Khan was seen cheering for her beau Kushal Tandon from the front row while also supporting the noble cause. The front row for Kirti’s show was also graced by the presence of versatile actor Jimmy Shergill.

Day 1 of India Kids Fashion Week was filled with mixed emotions comprising of the vibrant energy bursting out from little children blended with wise words of wisdom from their parents, confidence with a hint of nervousness from the designers and support and lots of love by the celebrities.

Sanjay Gupta, who was already juggling two films, Mumbai Saga and Khotey Sikkey, has to clear his schedule for a third. And the offer has come from LA. A Hollywood production house has approached Gupta to direct an official remake of a hit foreign language film.

When contacted, filmmaker Sanjay Gupta confirmed the news but refused to divulge the title of the original film or the name of his co-producer.

“I am contractually bound to not reveal the details,” he said. “All I can tell you is that it is a thriller like many of my previous films. But while the others were male-centric, this one has a woman protagonist and two important male characters. These guys approached me after seeing my body of work.”

The film, to be co-produced by Sanjay, will be made in Hindi and English.

While Sanjay Gupta admitted that he might approach John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan or Shahid Kapoor for the two male characters as it would be a welcome change for them too to not play the leading man, he was tight lipped about which actress he has in mind for the central role. “It’ll be a star but not the ones you are expecting. I’ll spring a big surprise,” he promised.

When the offer came he was in two minds about accepting it as he had planned to shoot his two big-budget multi-starrers back-to-back this year. But now, lured by the fabulous screenplay, he intends to push Khotey Sikkey and wrap this one in-between.

“I’ll finish it in one 35-60 day schedule. The city is important, we can easily film it in Mumbai. In fact, after struggling with the Mumbai of the 80s and 90s in Mumbai Saga, I would be happy to shoot the city as it is today,” he said.

He went on to add: “It is a universal theme with a taut screenplay that can be easily adapted to the Indian scenario. It won’t take me long to write it. I just need to work on the dialogue. It’s such a thrill to be finally doing a woman centric subject in Hollywood

Tusshar Kapoor Goes All Out For His Maiden Production Venture.

Actor Tusshar Kapoor, who will be making his debut as a producer soon with Shabinaa Khan, is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that his debut production gets all his attention.

A source close to Tusshar says, “Tusshar, along with his co-producer and close friend Shabinaa Khan have been working almost 18 hours a day on their film (starring Ajay Devgn). As they are aiming at the film going on floors in October, they are in a rush to finish pre-production. Tusshar finds a great partner in Shabinaa and is enjoying the responsibility of handling an entire film on his own.”

The film, which is the Bollywood remake of Tamil superhit ‘Kanchana’, stars Ajay Devgn, with whom Tusshar had earlier worked with in ‘Gol Maal’ .

Director Vikas Bahl Turns To Old Delhi Haunts For ‘Queen’ Shooting.

Director Vikas Bahl, who is helming the Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Queen’ produced by Viacom Motion Pictures & Phantom Films, grew up in Delhi and as such, has fond memories of the Capital, which reportedly prompted him to shoot at locations in Delhi that he had frequented during his youth.

A source said, “Vikas was quite keen about shooting at particular Delhi locations like Lajpat Nagar, Alaknanda Market, Delhi Haat, Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant, Saket, Delhi University- North Campus and other such places as they have been a part of his growing up years and he was quite nostalgic about the locations.”

Confirming the news says director Vikas Bahl, “I have fond memories of Delhi and shot at all the locations that a common man would visit ….we’ve tried to capture the essence and flavor of the city”.

New Filmmakers to watch out for in 2014

Bollywood has witnessed a sea of transformation in the last few years, with young filmmakers exuding refreshing creativity and outlook. With names like Vikramaditya Motwane (Lootera) and Ritesh Batra (‘Lunchbox’) successfully venturing as filmmakers and making a mark for themselves, it is evident that the audience has been welcoming the change. Powerhouse actress Richa Chadda who recently bagged the award for “Best Actor in a Comic Role” at the Screen Awards is currently on a roll ,with the actress having a great year at the box office.

While the actress bagged the Screen “Best Actor in a Comic Role” award for Fukrey ,she was also nominated for the Star Guild Awards for “Best Actor in a Supporting Role” for Ram-Leela and “Best Performance in a Negative Role” for Fukrey.
