Grazing Goat Pictures’ hard-hitting regional drama 72 Miles Ek Pravas has had global audiences raving about the film since its screening at the London Indian Film Festival on the 20th of July 2013. The auditorium was packed with film connoisseurs from across the city, who were full of praise for the finely written and directed film. The viewers were an amalgamation of non-resident Indians in the UK, members of the Maharashtra Mandal in the UK, and in totality a spread of diverse nationalities from across the country, who were in London enjoying the wonderful weather and a plethora of thought-provoking Independent Indian films at the LIFF.
What stood out most about the screening was the poitive reviews that the film received from all the attendees who were in awe of the content driven film and were able to connect with the characters despite the language barrier. Some of the reviews include: “Nice Film, Great Acting by the lead Radhakka & Ashok. Really loved it”, while a first time Marathi film viewer said, “”First Marathi film I saw in my life but this one is really excellent”. Another viewer said, “Greatly shot and a real content driven film. Thanks LIFF for selecting it as part of this year’s festival.”
One viewer called it “A really inspiring film, brilliant…”which manifests what Grazing Goat Pictures set out to achieve.”
The film was highly appreciated and well received to the extent that the audiences were eager for a screening follow up requesting an in-depth discussion with the producers and director of the film.
72 Miles Ek Pravas, which is the duo’s debut into Regional Film production has been stirring waves with its conceptual excellence and moving screenplay. A hard-hitting, poignant tale of a young boy who makes his journey into self-actualization against the backdrop of a rustic India, 72 Miles Ek Pravas, explores a beautiful, coming of age journey for the 13 year old boy Ashok and the companionable relationships he makes through his journey.

In conversation when asked why Shraddha Kapoor thinks she is an Aashiq (romantic), she says “I wanted to do a romantic movie since a long time and was glad when Aashiqui 2 was offered to me. The film imbibes all the elements needed in romance and I hope someday in my real life also I can do something like this”.

July 22, 2013, India: McAfee reveals the top Most Toxic Superheroes that result in the greatest number of risky websites when you search for them online. The research found that searching for the latest “Aquaman and free torrent download,” “Aquaman and watch,” “Aquaman and online,” “Aquaman and free trailer” and “Aquaman pictures and downloads” yields a 18.6% chance of landing on a website that has tested positive for online threats, such as spyware, adware, spam, phishing, viruses and other malware.
Today, kids can find everything they need to know (and more) about their favourite superhero online. And with computers, Internet-connected game consoles and mobile devices all readily available, they can access this information at any time. But now searching for these super heroes may not be all that innocent as just looking for fun facts.
With the resurgence of the superheroes into mainstream movies (think Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America to name a few), hackers are leveraging their popularity to target consumers. Hackers are most successful when they can attract a large number of victims. One way to target big crowds online is to track current events—everything from celebrity meltdowns and natural disasters to holidays and popular music—and now, superheroes.

It is a known fact that Ekta Kapoor visits the Balaji shrine in South India or Ajmer Sharief before her film releases, to pray. In the years gone by, she has also observed a roza (fast) during Ramadan.
While every year she fasts for one day, this time she is keeping multiple rozas.
As the keenly awaited Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara is up for a release on August 15, Kapoor is fasting on all the important days during Ramadan. She even plans to visit Mumbai’s Mohamed Ali Road to celebrate iftaari and feed the poor.
She has been observing rozas strictly, despite her hectic schedule, and every evening breaks the fast in her office with juice and dinner.

South beckons Rakul Preet ahead of Bollywood debut Yaariyaan
Even before her Bollywood debut film Yaariyaan hits the marquee, new sensation Rakul Preet is already a rage in the South.
Having acted in two movies down South, the newbie has been signed up for three more. Rakul will now be seen in the remake of the Telugu bumper hit Ala Modalaindi, being shot at breakneck speed. Here she stars opposite Gautam Karthik of Mani Ratnam’s Kadal fame.
Following this is Aadi’s next titled Rough and then a yet untitled flick with Sundeep Kishan (of Shor In The City fame) being produced by Anandi Arts.
Rakul is set to enter Bollywood with Yaariyaan; the directorial debut of T-Series’ head honcho Bhushan Kumar’s wife Divya Kumar, where she will be seen playing the role of a nerd; one who is very good with numbers.
Coming from a family background of the Indian Army, Rakul won various titles in the Miss India pageant of 2011.
She bagged Miss India People’s Choice, Miss Beautiful Eyes, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Fresh Face, Miss Talented and emerged the third runner-up finalist. Soon after, she participated in Miss Tourism in China and rose to the sixth position in the international pageant.

New Delhi, July 18, 2013: Royal Enfield and Farhan Akhtar came together today to celebrate the spirit of epic journeys that display courage, endurance and perseverance through the ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ contest that was held by Royal Enfield. The winner Hamininder Singh from Srinagar, received the keys to the Royal Enfield Desert Storm motorcycle that was ridden by Farhan Akhtar in the recently released film ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’.
The contest, which was conducted on Royal Enfield’s social media platform, encouraged enthusiasts to share their tales of victory, passion and courage where they have overcome challenges and hardships that is a reflection of the film’s script that portrays the odyssey of the legendary Milkha Singh.

Milkha’s odyssey took him from Partition-torn Pakistan to the heady heights of victory in London at the Commonwealth Games, turning him into a legend. To retain the film’s authenticity in its portrayal of the character of the Flying Sikh, Farhan is seen riding a Royal Enfield motorcycle to recreate Milkha Singh’s days with in the Indian Army where he actually rode a Royal Enfield. The film makers had approached Royal Enfield to use a motorcycle similar that period and the brand did not disappoint them. Royal Enfield provided bikes which were as close to that era with the classic styling. Not only that, Royal Enfield removed the disc brakes which come on the Desert Storm and replaced it with the drum breaks to underscore the authenticity of the film.
In line with Royal Enfield’s philosophy of authentic story-telling and creating content from the real experiences of its enthusiasts, a campaign was created to reflect the spirit of endurance that is common to both the film and the brand.

City first ever food bloggers contest by Cornitos
Cornitos Nacho Chef contest held at the Electrolux Innovation Center
Gurgaon, 20th July 2013: ‘CORNITOS’, the flagship brand of Green Dot Health Foods Ltd, hosted an exciting recipe contest that involved food bloggers and social media enthusiasts. The contest, known as Cornitos Nachos Chef was judged by celebrity Executive Chef Olive Bar and Kitchen, chef Sabyasachi Gorai, Corporate Chef McDonald’s, Chef Swarup Solgaonkar, Corporate Executive Chef Radisson Hotel Rajesh Variyath.
Cornitos, the well known nachos brand, invited top food bloggers based around Delhi NCR to participate in the extravaganza.
