The renovation of the restaurant at Canberra’s Hotel Realm is complete.
The new Buvette Bistro and Wine Bar is located on the ground floor of Hotel Realm in Barton.
This architecturally-designed space offers a place to lounge in the morning sun and enjoy an espresso with breakfast, relax over a long lunch with a selection from the extensive wine list, or indulge in a dinner menu that takes its culinary cues from timeless French bistro dishes.
The menu serves up classics such as Salad Niçoise, duck liver parfait, bouillabaisse and chateaubriand, alongside more modern offerings such as roasted blue eye cod, duck confit burger and braised lamb shoulder, as well as desserts like mango bombe Alaska, crispy apple tart or chocolate assiette: 3 ways with chocolate tart, mousse and cherry sorbet.
The reopened venue offers free parking all weekend, is fully licensed, has outdoor covered seating and complimentary WiFi.
Buvette Bistro and Wine Bar is located at 18 National Circuit, Barton ACT.
