Book any midweek, one day course at The Raymond Blanc Cookery School and receive a complimentary set of Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons candles.

The Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin star restaurant and hotel is the one of the only ‘schools’ in the world to offer visitors the chance to watch, learn and practice in the kitchens of a two Michelin starred restaurant. Budding chefs can learn the tricks of the trade from some of the world’s culinary experts in the luxurious yet highly functional Cookery School.

For those with New Year resolutions, The Raymond Blanc Cookery School is adding new wellbeing courses to its exciting schedule. A Taste of Wellbeing, a three hour intensive course that helps to balance body and mind, will launch on 9 March. The half day will begin with a nutritious smoothie and an hour long session of therapeutic yoga. Guests will then head to the Raymond Blanc Cookery School, where Head Tutor Mark Peregrine and nutritionist Natalia Traxel will share their top food tips so that students can learn to enhance the nutritional value of their dishes with fun and simple techniques.

From spring, The Raymond Blanc Cookery School will be adding new courses including a half day Sweet and Savoury Souffles course, a one day Afternoon Tea course and a one day Pantry to Plate course. Raymond is also introducing a one day Student Survival course for those stepping out away from home as well as a one day Champagne Brunch with Laurent-Perrier course.
