It was my first sponsored hotel review and I take this opportunity seriously as I know it is not easy to get any hotel review invitation. We are thankful that Eric, from Resorts World Genting send me a reply saying that I can join in the blogger event on 31 Oct - 1 Nov 2015 together with a plus one.
The event covers free transportation pick up from Genting ( or we can drive up ourselves), Lunch at Bubbles & Bites, rest time and meet at Cloud 9. The next morning breakfast is provided at Terminal 2, Lobby and indulge with homemade Gelato ice cream.
Mix feelings that I need to leave my kids with my mum in law as no kids are allowed to be fair to all other bloggers. I understand that. After considering on the arrangement, my mum in law told us that she have a free room stay and we can bring all my three kids along and we can travel together plus she also helping me out to take care of the kids. We reached early to check in and settle down with the kids after bringing them to walk around the First World Plaza.
Then, I met Eric and Wei En, both are friendly and approachable helpful guy. Our new room are ready and we walk to Tower 2A to check out the room which are the World’s Largest Hotel and just conferred by Guinness World Records for the biggest hotel in the world with 7351 rooms.

Many people start to check in at 3pm Some reached early too. But standard check in time is only at 3pm. If you wish to check in early, there will be surcharge of RM 30.

Self check in kiosk, Just follow the steps or you may seek help from the available staff. Express Self check-in kiosks that allow checking in within two minutes!

Bright white drawers, tables and they have an open hanging cupboard provides good storage space . Also included are kettle, coffee and tea. The hot water and cold water is available at the walkway on the way to the lift area.
Elegant simplicity greets guests in their room. The new annex makes better use of space, compared to the initial two towers of First World Hotel. Designed to be functional but yet chic, the guest rooms come in lively and vibrant splashes of yellow and design.
The intention is to create a standard hotel experience: enhanced room interior that is centered on a great bed to ensure a good night’s rest. All basic amenities are there to complete the picture of sanctuary away from home.

USB with international electric socket facilities near the bed are relevant features that should score points with the trendy and contemporary crowd. Very convenient and useful to us. Not only one plug, but there are more than that.

The Tower 2 Annex has altogether 1,286 brand new rooms with new names such as XYZ Deluxe and XYZ Triple. The average size of the rooms is 179.70 sq ft. What differentiates them: amenities; XYZ Deluxe rooms offer either two single beds or one queen bed while XYZ Triple rooms offer one single bed and one queen bed. XYZ Triple is ideal for family or a party of three.
There are so many attractions and restaurant to check out here with your family during the stay in First World Hotel. Convenient and we can get anything under one roof. One can easily spend here most of the time with good food, fun entertainment, indoor theme park, fast food restaurant operating for 24 hours and shop til you drops with so many great bargains.

On my next post, I will be updating our visit to Terminal 2, located strategically at the lobby area at Tower 2 Annex. We have a wonderful breakfast here early morning at 8.30am with a complete breakfast set and drinks.

Delicious set served with croissant, hot dogs, eggs, salad and baked beans. Generous portion on the breakfast set. Fresh and perfectly cooked with well done eggs and fluffy croissant bread
Another choices of breakfast set. Both kids and adults can equally enjoy these combination.
The seats are comfortable with a nice view too. Service is good with attentive staff and all pastries and breads does looks tempting to me.
