Pestle & Mortar Cosmetics is a popular brand in the UK and Ireland. They recently launched their Pure Hyaluronic Serum in the United States. I was lucky enough to meet with the founder of the innovative company, Sonia Deasy, to learn all about it and try it for myself.
Sonia Deasy is a mother of five who has always had a passion for beauty and wellness. While managing her husband’s portrait studio in Ireland she noticed how dry, dull and patchy people’s skin looked up close. This sparked her interest in creating a skincare formula that could act as a natural “filter” to decrease the appearance of fine lines and deliver long-lasting hydration.

I’ve tried a few different hyaluronic acids serums and they can often be sticky and take upwards of 10 minutes to fully absorb into my skin.
