Once again the Sovereign Portugal office had the pleasure of attending the British-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce BPCC Christmas Gala Dinner on 5th December at the Salgados Palace Hotel, together with various well known lawyers and business people connected with the Algarve.
The dress code was for suits and evening dresses giving the Sovereign girls a chance to dress up in their ball gowns with Nigel proudly escorting by himself ten young ladies!
The four course meal was beautifully presented with a carefully blended combination of tastes and textures which begun with an egg and sauté mushroom starter, tuna steak fish course followed by veal for the main dish and ending with a delicious chocolate delight.
Sovereign sponsored the live band ‘Gaijas’ an all-girl group who entertained the guests during dinner with a mixture of modern pop/rock songs which had the guests singing along in between their dinner courses and a generous raffle meant that lucky Monica and Marina each won a week-end away in a selective hotel.
A great start to the Christmas season and a good time was had by all…….
