Your new company Hays HR are currently partnering with a leading distribution organisation in Sheffield who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their site for a maternity cover contract. Your new role This is a great opportunity to move into a standalone role where you can take ownership of the department. Your main responsibilities will be to provide HR advice to managers and employees while ensuring policies, procedures and process are adhered to. You will provide generalist HR advice and assistance to managers and employees, review and update existing HR policies in line with new employment legislation and best practice, have full employee life cycle responsibilities, support the end to end recruitm
