Invesca Development Group plans to build 350 town homes and villas in Pompano Beach in its Koi Residences & Marinas project.
The Davie-based company has already started construction on the first phase of the project at 416 East Atlantic Blvd. Three-story units of 2,333 square feet start at $399,000 and require a 20 percent deposit.
The 46-unit first phase should be completed in the first quarter of 2015. It will be followed by 98 lofts, 206 condominiums and a 47-split marina.
