A leading B2B events and publishing house is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive. The company are undergoing an exciting period of growth and the successful individual will work within its newly created central marketing team and you’ll look after digital marketing across the business with the support of the Marketing Director.

What the role entails:

• Working with technology teams to develop and launch new websites

• Driving site traffic through developing and implementing strategies in natural search, paid search (PPC), behavioural advertising, retargeting, display advertising and affiliate marketing

• Experience of developing online UX and maximising site conversion

• Setting up and managing social media communities, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest

• Use of social media management and monitoring tools/software

• Creating and implementing social media strategies in order to drive community interest, engagement, new prospect acquisition, database growth, newsletter sign-up, website traffic and ultimately customer conversion

• Generating insight from social media to drive marketing effectiveness and proposition development

• Excellent analytical & reporting skills

• Search rankings

• Onsite conversion rates, including visitor and lead web-form conversions
