For the 27th year, The Oak Ridge Boys will bring Christmas joy to cities across the U.S. with their annual Christmas Celebration Tour.
On November 1, the iconic group will take their Christmas concert to the road with shows in two-dozen cities in 16 states (see complete schedule below). Fans will be treated to a mixture of traditional and contemporary tunes, all from the group’s six bestselling Christmas albums.
Additionally, each show will include the much-loved “rocking chair” segment in which each member of The Oak Ridge Boys rocks by the fireplace and shares his personal thoughts on Christmas.
“Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love the positive things about the season…. the joy, happiness, giving, sharing, time with family, and gifts. The beautiful lights and decorations. Christmas music. Special food. And most of all the true meaning, which, of course, is celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” shared Oaks’ lead singer, Duane Allen.
Made up of members Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall, William Lee Golden and Richard Sterban, The Oak Ridge boys are members of the Grand Ole Opry and were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2015. See the complete schedule for the band’s Christmas Celebration Tour below.
