I'm so in love with roasted veggies and always have been. Almost any type of veggie you choose to roast will taste absolutely incredible. I know summer isn't the time you want to heat up your oven for an hour, but you can also grill your veggies and get a similar effect or roast them in a toaster oven, which I like to do. Check out this yummy recipe and come up with all kinds of flavor combinations! 

Here's a hint: let them sit in the fridge for a day and they get super sweet and are great to throw on top of lunch time salads:)

Ya'll know I love the Trim Healthy Mama book, so whenever I come across a new THM recipe, it's a must-make for me. I'm a huge fan of "muffin in a mug" recipes but rarely make them just because I normally prefer something else instead most mornings. However THIS recipe is worth the exception. OMG. This look delish!

5. Favorite Thing I Got to Try This Week:
Natural Calm by Natural Vitality

I'm sure many of you have heard of Natural Calm before. It's a powdered form of magnesium citrate that I am absolutely in love with! I take magnesium daily as I find it helps greatly with stress, sleep, regularity, and muscle recovery after exercise. Usually I just take several capsules a day, but I had heard so much about Natural Calm by Natural Vitality, I decided to try it out for myself.

I'm completely in love with this product!  It fizzes a bit when it reacts with water, but it's nothing to be scared of. Natural Calm  comes in many flavors, all are which are organic, gluten-free sugar-free and only sweetened with organic stevia. They also have a plain version too.

If you get a chance to try this, definitely do!  I've been taking 3 teaspoons a day and it's easy enough to mix into everything from water or hot tea for a flavor twist if you want.

It's the first mineral depleted in our bodies when we are mentally or physically stressed and it competes with calcium in the blood stream.
