Noche triunfal para Sony Music Latin con múltiples ganadores en la edición 2016 de “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música”
Enrique Iglesias, Nicky Jam, Ricky Martin, Gerardo Ortíz, Marc Anthony y Prince Royce son algunos
de los artistas de Sony que recibieron varios galardones
Entre los momentos memorables del evento, se destacaron los homenajes a Carlos Vives y a Paquita la del Barrio y el regreso de Sin Bandera y las interpretaciones
de Gente de Zona y Marc Anthony, Farruko, Pitbull, Prince Royce, Thalía y Yandel
– La vigésima octava celebración anual de una de las premiaciones más significativas de la industria del entretenimiento hispano, “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina”, tuvo lugar anoche en la AmericanAirlines Arena de Miami, y Sony Music Latin fue uno de los grandes ganadores del evento que transmitió en vivo la cadena de TV Univisión.
De Sony Music Latin y sellos afiliados recibieron reconocimientos por su calidad artística e interpretativa Calibre 50, Carlos Vives, Chiquis Rivera, Enrique Iglesias, Gerardo Ortíz, Leslie Grace, Luis Coronel, Marc Anthony,Natalia Jiménez, Nicky Jam, Paquita la del Barrio, Prince Royce, Ricky Martin y Yotuel. Pero no solo en premios se destacó Sony durante la entrega, en la que Diego Boneta, Luis Coronel, Maluma y Ha*Ash tuvieron intervenciones como presentadores. Como ya es costumbre, Sony también sentó pauta con las actuaciones de sus artistas:
• A Calibre 50 les prestaron mucha atención con su éxito Préstamela a Mí
• El Premio a la Excelencia lo tuvo muy merecido el incomparable astro del vallenato y del rock, Carlos Vives. Festejándolo con sus propios temas estuvieron sus coterráneos ChocQuibTown, Maluma, Silvestre Dangond,Jorge Celedón, Fonseca, Juanes, J Balvin y los atletas colombianos Pibe Valderrama, Faryd Mondragón, Mario Yepes y Juan Pablo Ángel
• Fue fácil para los integrantes de la sensacional nueva banda juvenil CNCO echarse al público al bolsillo al cantar su primer sencillo, Tan Fácil, junto al astro urbano Wisin, productor del tema y de su primer álbum
• Farruko cautivó con su nuevo tema, Obsesionado, y participó junto a Pitbull en una canción de éste, y en otra con Zion & Lennox
• Luis Coronel se destacó con su interpretación de Nada Más Por Eso
• Arrancaron vítores Gente de Zona y Marc Anthony al deleitar a todos con su más reciente corte, Traidora
• Otro favorito del público fue Gerardo Ortíz, quien cantó ¿Por Qué Terminamos?
• Con el Premio Trayectoria Musical, se rindió tributo a la inigualable Paquita la del Barrio, quien celebró 45 años de trayectoria artística cantando sus éxitos Rata de Dos Patas y Gracias
• Pitbull tumbó la casa con el estrenó de su tema Bad Man junto a Robin Thicke y Joe Perry (guitarrista de Aerosmith), pero además cantó Taxi y Hoy Se Bebe, con Farruko
• Prince Royce aceleró corazones con su nuevo sencillo Culpa al Corazón
• Uno de los momentos culminantes del espectáculo fue el gran regreso del dúo Sin Bandera, que interpretó un popurrí de canciones: los temas Que Lloro (uno de sus éxitos), En Esta No (su nuevo sencillo) y Entra en Mi Vida(otro éxito)
• Thalía y Maluma unieron fuerzas para cantar Desde Esa Noche
• Y Yandel encantó a todos con la interpretación de su éxito Encantadora y participó junto a Zion & Lennox en una de sus canciones
Cada año, el “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina” deslumbra por la calidad de las presentaciones y el derroche de talento en escena. La edición 2016 no fue la excepción, y Sony Music Latin volvió a dejar huella.

Triumphal evening for Sony Music Latin and all its award winners during “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música 2016”
Enrique Iglesias, Nicky Jam, Ricky Martin, Gerardo Ortíz, Marc Anthony and Prince Royce are some of the Sony artists who received multiple awards
Among the most memorable moments were the well-deserved tributes to Carlos Vives and Paquita la del Barrio, the return of Sin Bandera, and the performances of
Gente de Zona and Marc Anthony, Farruko, Pitbull, Prince Royce, Thalía and Yandel
Numerous artists from Sony Music Latin were honored during the 28th annual awards show of “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina,” one of the most important events in the Hispanic entertainment world, held last night in the AmericanAirlines Arena, Miami, and broadcast live on the Univision TV network.
Calibre 50, Carlos Vives, Chiquis Rivera, Enrique Iglesias, Gerardo Ortíz, Leslie Grace, Luis Coronel, Marc Anthony, Natalia Jiménez, Nicky Jam, Paquita la del Barrio, Prince Royce, Ricky Martin and Yotuel from Sony Music Latin and affiliates received awards for their exceptional artistic abilities and magnificent musical renditions. Diego Boneta, Luis Coronel, Maluma and Ha*Ash were standouts as hosts. And, as usual, Sonyartists were knockouts in their appearances during the show:
• Calibre 50 caught everyone’s attention with the hit Préstamela a Mí
• The incomparable rock and vallenato star Carlos Vives received the Premio a la Excelencia. Joining him to celebrate this well-deserved award were fellow Colombians ChocQuibTown, Maluma, Silvestre Dangond, Jorge Celedón, Fonseca, Juanes, J Balvin, and the athletes Pibe Valderrama, Faryd Mondragón, Mario Yepes and Juan Pablo Ángel
• The new musical phenomenon CNCO, along with urban music ace Wisin, who produced the group’s first album, easily captivated the audience with the single Tan Fácil
• Farruko excelled with his new hit song Obsesionado, and also joined Pitbull in one of his songs, as well as in another one with Zion & Lennox
• Luis Coronel was a hit with Nada Más Por Eso
• Gente de Zona and Marc Anthony had the audience cheering and applauding with their latest single, Traidora
• Another audience favorite was Gerardo Ortíz with ¿Por Qué Terminamos?
• The matchless Paquita la del Barrio, celebrating 45 years in the business, was honored with the Premio Trayectoria Musical. She algo sang her classics Rata de Dos Patas and Gracias
• Pitbull, joined by Robin Thicke and Joe Perry (Aerosmith guitarist), brought down the house with the premiere performance of Bad Man. He also sang Taxi and Hoy Se Bebe with Farruko,
• Prince Royce made everyone’s heart beat faster with his new single Culpa al Corazón
• One of the really stellar moments of an already spectacular evening was the return of the Sin Bandera duo and a performance that featured a medley with the songs Que Lloro (one of their hits), En Esta No (their new track) yEntra en Mi Vida (another hit)
• Thalía and Maluma joined forces to sing Desde Esa Noche
• And Yandel charmed everyone with his hit Encantadora and with Zion & Lennox on one of their hits
Every year “Premio Lo Nuestro a la Música Latina” dazzles with the quality of the artists’ presentations and the profusion of talent on the stage. And this year, 2016, was no exception as Sony Music Latin again impressed and set the standard for the music industry.
