Yes, true believers! Marvel Comics has bestowed us with yet another slew of titles for you to greedily consume in the new year. As usual, all the artwork, synopses and other product info of the 150 titled is listed below for you to peruse.
March will see the release of a new X-Men crossover aimed to tie into the upcoming film X-Men: Apocalypse. Apocalypse Wars is set to kick off in March, with the Extraordinary X-Men #8 and will continue well into April with other X-related titles, Uncanny X-Men #6 and All-New X-Men #9.
“In the same vein as the classic event ‘Fall of the Mutants,’ ‘Apocalypse Wars’ is a thematic crossover that sees each of the three X-Men titles telling an Apocalypse-centric story organic to its own mission statement,” said Editor Daniel Ketchum to Marvel. “Because it’s not a single tightly-knit storyline, each creative team has the breathing room to tell their unique version of an Apocalypse story that will have lasting consequences for their cast of X-Men.”
Also, building hype for 20th Century Fox’s highly rejoiced and anticipated Deadpool movie, as well as the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Captain America: Civil War, will be several books hitting shelves in the month of March.
