The Sands in Atlantic Beach presents:

The Sands After Dark

The World’s Best DJ’s in a Picturesque Destination on The Beach!

Saturday, August 4th, 2012

The shadow is what we call the darkness of night. Illuminated by the moonlight, starlight, and airglow; the rotation of the celestial body creates the illusion and defines the setting. The primary energy source is lost and the behavior of the nocturnal beings become animated. The environment is unstable and powerful and this is when the magic ensues. A disturbance is caused and accompanied by a transfer of energy and a rhythmic component. Pulses of tempo are varied and the waves start to break. Higher energy erodes and the currents are held in suspension and progress via a synchronized segue. The role of the rhythm is harmonically practiced and the motif is created. Welcome to The Sands After Dark!

A bad ass behind the decks, and in the studio since 1998…his productions ended up on some bigger techno labels as well as more obscure imprints. Along with Ian Lehman, he forged the well-received “Attack People” live performance…bringing his show across the US, to South America, and Europe as well. When he’s not on tour with his DJ sets or supercharged live pa sessions, he co-promotes some of Minneapolis’s biggest techno parties. In addition, he also manages his labels Abiotic Recordings and Enemy Records, which both receive wide support from the techno community.
